About The Kansas 8-Man All-Star Radio Network

Sideline InterviewThe Kansas 8-Man All-Star Radio Network is a production of Dierking Communications, Inc. and is broadcast live across Northeast, North Central, and Northwest Kansas on company owned and operated radio stations. Affiliations are also available for non-corporate owned stations who wish to broadcast the play by play competition that takes place in Beloit, KS each June.

94.1 KDNS-FM BeloitThe staff at 94.1 KDNS-FM 'KD Country 94' in Glen Elder produce all aspects of the network broadcast, and distribute it to affiliate stations via internet and telephone connections. The Kansas 8-Man All-Star Radio Network has been in operation since 2009.

KDNS-FM General Manager Wade Gerstner, along with KDNS-FM Sports Director Dusty Deines provide the play by play call for both the 8-Man, Division I and 8-Man, Division II games. The network also maintains an internet presence at 8manallstars.com.

2012 8-Man Team Selections Made

Many area football players have been selected to play in this summer's 27th Annual 8-Man All-Star Games in Beloit. The players have just been selected as of now. Official rosters will be released at a later date.

The Division I East team will be coached by Sam Meyers of Rock Hills, and Curt Christians of Lakeside will be one of his assistants. They each have two of their own players on their roster as well, as Miles Thomas and Alex Clark of Lakeside were selected, as well as Levi Fleming and Alex Smith of Rock Hills.
